Digital Products Only

All products currently sold through this Technicade Shopify store are digital downloads. No physical items will be mailed or shipped.

Delivery

After successful payment, customers normally receive an order confirmation and a separate email containing download links for their purchased digital files.

Digital purchases may include ZIP archives, Excel workbooks, printable PDFs, and supporting instructions.

Accessing Your Purchase

1. Open the download email sent after purchase.

2. Select the download link.

3. Save the files to your device.

4. Extract ZIP archives when applicable.

5. Open the included instructions before using the product.

Delivery Problems

If your download email is missing, check your spam or promotions folder. If the link fails, a file is missing, or your download cannot be accessed, contact support@technicade.tech with your order number and product name.

Shipping Charges

No physical shipping charges apply to these digital products.
