How will I receive my purchase?
After successful checkout, Technicade sends a separate email titled Your downloads are ready. Depending on the product, that email contains a ZIP download link and/or an online template link. You'll also receive an order confirmation. Check your spam or promotions folder if the delivery email isn't visible. Download access may also appear on your order page, depending on checkout settings.

Can I use Google Sheets instead of Excel?
Yes, for the four spreadsheet planners. They include a separately hosted Google Sheets template. Open the link in your purchase email, sign into a Google account, then click Make a copy if prompted. If it opens in view-only mode, choose File → Make a copy to save an editable copy to your own Google Drive. Please do not request edit access to Technicade's master template. Your personal copy is yours to fill out and manage under the product's usage license.
The downloadable Excel version and online Google Sheets template are separate versions; entries do not automatically synchronize between them. Core spreadsheet formulas have been checked with sample values, but your results depend on the information you enter. Excel is recommended for the included .xlsx files; other spreadsheet apps or mobile layouts may behave differently.
How do I open the ZIP file?
On Windows, right-click the ZIP and select Extract All. On macOS, double-click the ZIP. Read the included README and Quick Start PDF. Open the .xlsx files in Microsoft Excel or another app that supports .xlsx files, noting that third-party compatibility may differ.
Why are some spreadsheet cells blank?
Blank templates are designed for your own information. Enter data in the indicated input cells. The included fictional worked example shows what a filled-in workbook can look like. In desktop Excel, if results appear stale, check Formulas → Calculation Options → Automatic.
Will anything be shipped?
No. All Technicade Digital Downloads products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.
Can I share or resell the files or Sheets template?
No. Each product's listed license limits use to the purchaser/household or purchasing business as specified on that listing. Please don't redistribute, publish, resell the files or share your purchase link or Google Sheets master template with others.
What if a download or template link does not work?
Email support@technicade.tech with your order number, product name, and a short explanation (or use our contact page). Please don't email payment card information or identity documents. For eligibility and exceptions, read our Refund Policy.
